The Ski Resort
The Kusatsu Kokusai ski resort is located in the Gunma prefecture, but close to the Nagano prefecture. The Shiga Kogen ski resort is also nearby, the two resorts are not connected however. Most slopes found here are of an intermediate level, but beginners and experts will also find adequate challenges. The resort's highlight is the long donwhill run through the area, one of Japan's longest continuous pistes (8 kilometers / 5 miles).
The terrain park can be found at the foot of the resort.
The well-known hot springs of Kusatsu are only a few walking minutes away - the ideal relaxation after a long day of snowsports.
