The Ski Resort
Gudauri Ski Resort is the largest and highest ski area in Georgia. Furthermore, it is among the most modern ones, with free wifi on all slopes and lifts.
A total of 12 lifts get you from the base station at 1,990m/6,529ft up to the top station at 3,007m/9,865ft above sea level. From December to April, Gauduri boasts more than 50km/31mi of groomed slopes for skiing and snow boarding. While the lower bit features mainly green and blue runs, the reds and blacks are located higher up, near the peak of Mt Sadzele West and Mt Kudebi.
If you like to explore the off-piste area, you can join other back-country skiers through the soft powder in Gudauri. A special highlight is heli skiing, which is offered here all throughout the season.

- Elevated between 1,990 m and 3,279 m, the Ski Resort is the highest elevated Ski Resorts in Georgia. The vertical drop from summit to base is 1,289 m. The average difference in altitude between base and summit of Ski Resorts in Georgia is 844 m. Most runs are therefore relatively long.
- Average snow depth during the season is 50 cm at summit elevation and 37 cm at base elevation. Snow coverage is usually best during April, offering an average snow depth of 79 cm at summit elevation and 46 cm at the base. This makes Gudauri the ski resort with the best snow conditions in Georgia.

Nightskiing
At Gudauri ski resort you can engage in some nightskiing at Gudauri 1 Pirveli chair lift. The fee per person amounts to approximately €3.50. The lift operates every Friday and Saturday from 20.00 to 22.00.
