Particularly athletic snowboarders will enjoy themselves at „Engelberg-Titlis“!

Athletic snowboarders can definitely have a nice and versatile day at „Engelberg-Titlis“. Absolute beginners should stick tot he slopes at the „Gerschnialp“ (1262m) where they can also practice riding t-bar-lifts. Above „ Trübsee“ (1800m) the category red runs Nr. 8, 12 and 13 from the „Jochpass“ (2207m) should be no problem. The mostly category red runs between „Trübsee“ (1800m) and the „Klein Titlis“ (3028m) should be avoided by beginners. Advanced boarders however will have a nice time there. From „Trübsee“ upwards comfortable chair-lifts and gondolas are the main means of transportation. Athletic riders should definitely check out the category red run down from the „Klein Titlis“ (Nr. 1,2 &4) to „Trübsee“ and the category blue run from the „Jochstock“ (2564m) down to the „Engstlenalp“ (Nr. 9, 11 and 7). At the base area of the „Jochstock“ ski lift you’ll find a terrain park with rails and jumps. Unfortunately there was no half pipe or the like prepared during our test. Freeriders will however have the time of their life at „Engelberg-Titlis“: Is there enough snow you can take breathtaking off-piste rides down from the „Klein Titlis“ and from the „Jochstock“. Only negative point ist he partly extremely even and narrow base area descent.

There was sometimes a snowpark at the Jochpass, but this disappeared the following year. There is also an Air to Bag (ski jump with air cushions to practice jumps and tricks)
