Broad slopes and a small boardercross course at the base!

The fact that Marienberg is not overly crowded makes it a great choice for beginning snowboarders. Particularly well-suited for novices is the very broad blue no.1 trail, located next to the Marienbergbahn 1 chair. If you like jumps, you’ll find them, both big and small, on the short boardercross course off of blue trail no.1. If it’s some fresh off-piste air that you’re looking to catch, routes 10 and 11, both ungroomed, will be right up your alley. Marienberg has neither a terrain park nor a halfpipe, but thanks to the other members of the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena, boarders can just slip off to Ehrwalder Alm, Zugspitzplatt or Wettersteinbahn-Sonnenlifte, which offer both. Marienberg received a rating of 3 out of 5 stars in Snowboarding category.
