The ski area Balmberg welcomes you and your family warmly to enjoy a trip to its beautiful and family-friendly resort.
With its three slopes, „Kähle“, „Röti“ ans „Höfli“, Balmberg offers the sportsman a selection of interesting, difficult or easy slopes. The slope „Kähle“ is open and lit at night from Tuesday to Friday for those who just cannot get enough of the fun in the snow. Between 7pm and 10pm the lit slope invites you to a special skiing experience.
The slope „Höfli“ provides the perfect training terrain for your little ones. The well groomed and shallow slope is ideal for children and beginners. For the more daring ones the airboard slope „Bödeli“ will prove to be the ultimate snow experience.

- It is among the 3 most family-friendly ski Resorts in the Jura and three lakes region.
- The vertical drop from summit to base is 300 m. The average difference in altitude between base and summit of Ski Resorts in Switzerland is 868 m. Runs and slopes are therefore relatively short. The highest point of the track is 1,300 m above sea level.
- The day pass at Balmberg is CHF25 making it one of the 15 cheapest ski Resorts in Switzerland.
- Average snow depth during the season is 21 cm at summit elevation and 9 cm at base elevation. Snow coverage is usually best during January, offering an average snow depth of 26 cm at summit elevation and 12 cm at the base.
