The Ski Resort
Appalachian Ski Mountain offers ski fun for the whole family. If your children are too small for skiing you can bring them to the nursery where experienced staff will take care of them. Your older kids may enjoy the French-Swiss ski college which is one of the best ski schools in the South and has already taught millions of skiers and snowboarders. Guided by experienced stuff they will learn fast and become real snow enthusiasts. Furthermore, there are 3 terrain parks with a variety of rails and boxes to try some tricks. The park was voted number 1 park in the southeast by skiSouthEast.com. Come and convince yourself!
After a few days of skiing you may like to take a day off. For example, you could go ice skating at the outdoor ice arena. This is also possible in the evenings as the rink is lighted.
