The Cross-Country Area
Skiers wishing to savour the magic of the snowy landscape without the hustle and bustle, prefer the classic or skating cross country trails. Followers of this nature-loving sport will find seven marked trails of varying lengths and levels of difficulty. The magic of winter can be particularly enjoyed on the 1,600 m high alpine trail on the Rossbrand. This high plateau, which can be easily reached by the Papageno gondola, inspires with its fabulous panoramic views. Perfect snow conditions for cross country skiing along a trail of 14 km are guaranteed - just like in the forests of Scandanavia. Down in the valley, in addition to diverse trails, nature-loving cross country enthusiasts will also find culinary temptations by the Austrian tiled stove or on the sun terrace.
