Our house combines privacy and comfort, and we put a great effort on making your holiday an unforgettable one.

Our family runned house is located in the center of Uttendorf with a beautiful view over the village, the lake and the mountains.

After a perfekt day of skiing or hiking you can find relaxation in our sauna area with soft steam bath, infrared vital cabine with light therapy, relaxing area with special athomsphere  and wellness music.

The main house "Pension Koch" offers cosy single, double and family rooms.
The annex "Gästehaus Nill" offers also double rooms as well as spacious apartments with a small kitchen and sitting area
All our rooms and aparmtents offers shower or bath/WC and partly balcony.
