Our rustic equipped ski huts (1708 m) with large garages contain each 4 apartments, situated in the skiing area of Hochkrimml Königsleiten at the Gerlospass within the Zillertal-Arena. In the apartments for 6-8 persons (78 qm) are two bedrooms with double beds for 2 persons each as well as a living room with a sofabed for 2 persons. Additionally there is another bedroom with a double bed for 2 persons upstairs the living room and directly underneath the roof. Three bathrooms with shower and toilets as well as a big balcony are part of the exalted and very well equipped apartments. Furthermore you find a sauna in the outside area. The 12-14 person apartments (140 qm) provide three sleeping rooms with double beds and its own bathroom, two sleeping rooms with double beds and bunk beds and bathrooms outside right in front, so altogether five bathrooms and a big terrace with a set of garden furniture and deck chairs. The highlight of the apartment is the sauna. All apartments have underfloor heating and are very well equipped with a cosy tile stove in the living area as well as a LCD-TV and a DVD-Player in every room, as well as a hi-fi system (stereo) in the kitchen area. After your arrival you will be well served in our reception. There you have the choice to choose your favorite movies out of our selection of 200 DVDs, of course for free. The fully equipped kitchen area satisfies all your requirements. Fridge with freezing compartment, dishwasher, fan oven, electric kettle, coffee machine, microwave, toaster et cetera. Every apartment provides telephone and internet DSL with cable connection. Internet is for free, the telephone has to be paid in units. For children are high chairs and travel cots available. Please bring your own bedcover for the cots. In the ski basement is enough space for skis, boots and sledges. A novel boot-radiator blows warm air in your ski boots. Thus you always have dry shoes. The nearby ski lift (altogether there are 55 lifts) can be reached comfortably by ski. After enjoying the 165 kilometers of ski piste you can return to the ski huts by ski or you stop at “Gernot`s” at the “Plattenalm” for a little bit of partying at the Apres-Ski-bar. In the evening you are welcome in a cultivated restaurant for dinner. A supermarket can be reached by car within 4 minutes. During the summer you can find idyllically situated hiking trails and a gorgeous panorama view as well as numerous huts for biking or hiking. Our prices include bed-clothes and additional expenses such as electricity, final cleaning and Internet. Local tax and telephone expenses has to be paid separately. Saturdays the Zillertal area and especially the autobahn is very crowded, for this reason we decided to rent our huts form sunday to sunday, so you can arrive after a relaxing journey.
