Our private home is located in a 5 min. walking distance from Neustift city center,
in a sunny and quiet position - ideal for a relaxing, individual stay in the idyllic Stubaital.
The village-wide offered vacation facilities, like leisure center (with indoor pool, bowling, restaurant ecc.) as well as walking-paths and cable-car of Elferlifte are within easy reach and the whole year round at your disposal.
Use of indoor pool in leisure centre Neustift is free of charge in summer months. You find also sauna, solarium, waterslide, bowling, restaurant there.
Our home has been awarded on behalf of " regional private homes rental association" with which is a high sign of quality standard for private homes.

Our Apartments: We do offer you three cosy, completely furnished comfort family appartments (for 2 up to 3 people respective 2 up to 5 people).
On request we dispose of a kids barred bed and security chair in our family related guest-house.
Lots of space and comfort for the whole family on vacation!
Our apartments size from 35 m2 (for 2/3 people) up to 50 m2 (for 2/5 people) and are furnished in a typical tyrolean style.
The apartments are comfortable, fully equipped and dispose of: sleeping room, combined living and sleeping room with cosy sitting-corner, TV (cable),radio, telephone, safe, iron,
kitchen with eating-corner, coffee-machine, waterboiler, toaster, microwave, -shower with bidet, and hair-drye, WC extra, balcony.
