The apartments has the same furniture and equipment. The different is the
size and capacity from each apartment.
Type 1: living place ca. 135 m² for max. 10 persons
Type 2: living place ca. 95 m² for max. 4 persons
Type 3: living place ca. 155 m² for max. 5 persons
The apartments have top comfort and stylish decoration as well as an
exclusive country style, which helps you to forget the daily routine and
offers you energy and recreation. Here, in Klein-Meran, it is sunny, even
when it snows. This is because of the south orientation of the Wank
Mountain. This is also a good starting point for all your excursions. Our
newly built vacation apartments have an absolutely quiet location, 5 minutes
on foot from the center of Partenkirchen. Each apartment has a separate
entrance, a garage in the basement, a Sat-TV and a DVD/CD Hi-Fi system. The
floor heating creates a nice atmosphere. There is an elevator, which makes
the apartments be wheelchair accessible. Each apartment has 2 big bedrooms,
with luxurious, stylish country house ambient. There is a washing, drying
and ironing room in the house, as well as a storage room for bikes and
skiers in the basement.
Our family friendly apartment type 1 in exclusive and stylish country house
ambient is about 135 m² large and accommodates 2-6 people. It has a
wonderful, big living room with dining table for 6 people, a completely
equipped country house kitchen with dish washer, fume hood and baking oven.
Sat-TV with DVD, Digital-Dolby-Surround-Player und Stereo are available in
the living room as well as safe, telephone, fax (upon request), ISDN Modem
connection. There are 2 bathrooms with WC, shower, bathing tub, makeup
mirror and hair dryer. 4 separate bedrooms and a big sunny terrace in the
south wing, with view upon the Waxen Mountain over the Zugspitze, up to
Kramer are also at your disposal.
The apartment type 2 in the exclusive, stylish country house has ca. 92 m²,
and accommodates 2-4 people. It has a very large living room and a
comfortable dining table for 6 people, a completely equipped eat-in kitchen
with dish washer, fume hood and baking oven. There is a large wardrobe in
foyer. Sat-TV with DVD, Digital-Dolby-Surround-Player und Stereo are
available in the living room as well as safe, telephone, fax (upon request),
ISDN Modem connection. There are 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom with WC,
shower, bathing tub, sink, makeup mirror and hair dryer. A big sunny terrace
in the south wing offers you a view upon the Waxen Mountain, over the
Zugspitze, up to Kramer are also at your disposal.
The apartment type 3 has a very exclusive and stylish country house ambient.
It has ca. 155 m² and accommodates 2-5 people. The apartment has a
wonderful, large living room with a comfortable dining table for 8 people,
dinnerware and silverware for 12 people, as well as a completely equipped
country house kitchen with dish washer, fume hood and baking oven. There is
a large wardrobe in foyer. Sat-TV with DVD, Digital-Dolby-Surround-Player und
Stereo are available in the living room as well as safe, telephone, fax
(upon request), ISDN Modem connection. There are 2 separate bedrooms and a
bathroom with WC, shower, bathing tub, sink, makeup mirror, hair dryer and
bidet. There is a separate WC with shower. A big sunny terrace in the south
wing offers you a view upon the Waxen Mountain, over the Zugspitze, up to
Kramer are also at your disposal.

Direction from Munich
On the A95 freeway (Munich-Garmisch-Partenkirchen) drive to the end of the freeway. Follow the federal highway B2 / B23 to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Through the tunnel at Farchant, you follow the signs to Partenkirchen. After the sign, follow the road about 2 km until the first traffic light (after the police station). After the traffic light turn left (opposite Autohaus Hornung) in the Münchner Straße. Next at the end of Münchner Straße in the upper Ludwigstraße and left into Sonnenbergstraße for Antonius-Brunnen and Florians-Brunnen - drive up Prof.-Michael-Sachs-Straße and above turn left in the Brunnhäuslweg. The country house Pitzner is at number 10.
