Product Summary
The ski in details
Extreme On-Slope performance, short to mid-radius turns & loads of power
Inspired by racing, made for the highest demands: The Laser WRT combines the strengths of a giant slalom ski with those of a slalom ski and is thus the perfect ski for on-piste runs. Whether short or sweeping long turns, the Laser WRT reacts fast and flexibly. With the new carbon inserts underneath the wood core, it is even more responsive and accelerates perceptibly more out of the turns. And all that without forfeiting anything in stability and smoothness. In short: The Laser WRT promises high speed, precision turns, and unbelievable power.
Technologies
Solid Metal Edge
Wider than conventional edges. This not only increases the service life of the skis, but also pays off in the rental service, where the material is subjected to particularly hard use. A wider edge also makes the ski more stable.
- Longer ski service life
- Less susceptible to damage
- More grinding operations possible
- Increased stability
Full Edge Contact
The widest points of the ski are set further forward or further back. As a result, the shovel grips faster and the part of the edge that touches the snow when edged up is longer.
- Easier and faster turn initiation
- Improved grip in the turn thanks to the longer contact surface
Carbon Steering Control
CSC technology is used successfully in the Ski World Cup. The carbon laminate, which can be seen through the viewing window, is glued differently at the respective end points. In the bending line, the carbon laminate flexes without the ski losing its suppleness and harmony. The carbon laminate is tensioned by the special end gluing during strong impacts, which leads to a shortened degression phase.
- Absolutely smooth running
- Increased stability
- Perfect control, even under difficult conditions
Carbon Power Turn
Carbon strip insert in the binding plate area below the wood core. The longitudinal carbon fibers tighten during the build-up phase of the turn and release at the end of the turn, resulting in additional explosive acceleration.
- Stronger acceleration
- Faster edge change
- Greater agility
