Tuxedo Ridge Ski Center at Sterling Forest ist the closest ski area to New York City! Tuxedo Ridge is a family friendly ski center specialized in teaching skiing and snowboarding. The Ski School´s programs are tailored for the needs of families and especially children. Experienced and specially trained staff will make your learning experience a fun one. We have to best bunny hill, with a small cairlift to help children and adults become familar with whats it´s actually like when they can go on intermediate and expert trails while still maintaining maximum saftey. In addition, there is a snowtubing hill available at Tuxedo Ridge. Snowtubing is a super-fun winter activity that doesn´t require any skills or experience. Simply choose one of the 4 lanes, hop on your tube and off you go! There is also a terrain park available for those who want to practice and show off their tricks.
