Paradise for Seasoned Skiers and Experts

Numerous black and double diamond runs around Summit Squad plus outstanding terrain for some neat carving sessions, such as Schober's Dream Run, are reasons to be excited for when coming to Panorama. Plus, there are like endless downhill runs of all levels of difficulty. If you're more on the easy-going side of life, take the Mile 1 Express and Champagne Express to the eastern part of the ski area.

More seasoned skiers in search of steep slopes are to take Summit Quad up to the top where they'll find themselves in a sea of black diamond runs. Panorama is also a top destination for anyone who loves tree skiing; since you are free to ski the whole ski area in Canadian ski resorts, there's plenty of tree skiing options unless specific areas are expressly permitted to ski.

The only drawback is the lift ride to get back to the summit, which is quite long, as you got to hop on and off three lifts in total. However, the thrill of anticipation of your next downhill run will make you forget the icy, freezing cold when sitting in the outdated chairlifts.

Ever heard of Panorama's Mountain Friends? If you are into seeing Panorama Mountain the way the locals do, we recommend taking a tour with the hosts who are always open to share their enthusiasm for skiing.
