Kirkwood Mountain Resort Teams up with Alpine Meadows and Homewood

Kirkwood Mountain Resort and Alpine Meadows Ski Resort announced an exciting new 2011/2012 season pass offering today in which skiers and riders have access to both resorts throughout the season. Additionally with the new product, pass holders will have access to Homewood Mountain Resort on Lake Tahoe´s West Shore, Durango Mountain Resort in Durango, Colorado and Red Lodge Mountain Resort in Red Lodge, Montana.

The pass is available to Kirkwood "Premium" pass holders as an upgrade for an additional $200 (early season pricing). For Alpine Meadows "Unfiltered" pass purchased at $699, the Kirkwood access is an added benefit. The new product provides access to the best terrain and snow in Lake Tahoe, with more than 9,000 acres of terrain.

"This is an incredible new offering enabling skier and riders access to some incredible terrain around the lake with one pass product," said Chip Seamans COO of Kirkwood Mountain Resort. "We are excited about the partnership and are already getting significant positive feedback with this offering.
