The Ski Resort
The Homestead is more than the usual resort. It is located in a unique location, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, which is one of the most beautiful locations in the state. In addition, there is a permament mogul run available where you can test your skills. The Snowsports School offers lessons for all ability levels. Go with a pro and learn the basics of freestyle riding! Cross country skiing is also very popular amongst The Homestead´s visitors. 11 km of tracks wind through forests and open meadows.
