The Ski Resort
Frost Fire is located less than 2 hours southwest of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. It is 2 hours northwest of Grand Forks, North Dakota. It is a little family friendly resort that offers everything you need for a fun weekend with friends or family. With a history going back to the 70s there are numerous generations who have learned how to ski at Frost Fire! You can choose from 10 trails of which 2 are easiest, 4 intermediate, and another 4 are most difficult. There is no snow tubing.
Love to to some tricks? There is a terrain park with a half pipe available where you can practice your tricks and expand on your skills.
Ski and snowboard lessons are available for all ages. Certified instructors will be happy to help you.
On Mountain Dining
Howatt Hangar is the on-site bar and grill. This family friendly stop inside our lodge overlooks the ski hill and all of the activity going on outside. Warm up by the fire, grab some board games, and take a rest before heading back out to the beautiful Pembina Gorge.
