Since winter 2013/2014, the resorts Arosa and Lenzerheide form one ski resort, thanks to the connecting gondola Urdenbahn. The resort can now offer its guests a total of 225 kilometers (140 mi) of terrain. Highest point in the resort is the summit Rothorn, with a height of 2865 meters (9399 ft).

The winter paradise Arosa Lenzerheide offers something to every type of skier: no matter if you're an animated apprentice, a racing rookie, a freeriding freak or a double diamond devotee. Now, beginners will find easier practice slopes in both of the skiing areas: the lifts Tschuggen West and Ried in Arosa as well as the lifts Fadail and Fastatsch in Lenzerheide are most suitable for those first attempts at skiing. For the really small athletes among you, there are numerous children's parks with magic carpet lifts and exciting obstacle courses. If you feel ready and brave enough to try the big slopes, Lenzerheide is your best bet. Here you will find blue marked slopes as far as the eye can see and throughout the entire Lenzerheide area - especially between the lifts Lavoz, Cumascheals and Pedra Grossa. But also in Arosa, newcomers have no problem finding slopes with an appropriate level of difficulty, for example the pistes Hintere Piste or Leichte Maran.

Advanced skiers can go and experience the entire resort without a problem. Thanks to the Urdenbahn, which connects the mountain Hörnli (2511 m/8238 ft) and the mountain pass Urdenfürggli (2546 m/8353 ft), advanced skiers can easily switch between the two resorts within just a couple of minutes. Terrific slopes you should definitely check out are located for example at the summits Piz Scalotta (2323 m/7621 ft) and Weisshorn (2653 m/8704 ft). One of the many highlights is the descend from the highest mountain – the Rothorn (2865 m/9399 ft). From the top you can ski your way down to the valley Parpan, which lies at a height of 1493 meters (4898 ft). If black and steep slopes are your calling, make sure you don't miss the piste called Silvano Beltrametti.

You're in for a fantastic time, if you're planning to try the Audi Funslope, which you can reach easily via the chairlift Stätzertäli. This means fun for the whole family! The challenge: race down the wavy tracks and steep curves as fast as possible. Freestyle fans can show off their tricks in the terrain parks Arosa and Lenzerheide.

In addition, Arosa Lenzerheide is a popular spot for freeriding fanatics. The ungroomed off-piste areas provide exciting deep-snow adventures. The two mountains Parpaner Rothorn and the Arosa Weisshorn present additional possibilities to draw the first lines in the snow, far away from groomed slopes. Another highlight would be the Skisafari. Together with a guide you'll discover the un-groomed areas starting in Lenzerheide to Arosa and Tschiertschen and back to Lenzerheide again.

In addition, there are four snowshoe hikes (No. 521-524), which are signposted very well, too. Also, there are numerous sledding tracks.
