La Tzoumaz: Family skiresort – Verbier: Freeriders-paradise!
Easy runs and a nice practice area guarantee skiers of all ages an enjoyable vacation at La Tzoumaz, and the incredible selection of off-piste slopes keeps snowboarders and freeriders happy at Verbier. Each ski area has its own obvious strengths, but it's the lack of major weaknesses in the other categories that makes Verbier-La Tzoumaz such a unique find. 150 total kilometers of trails (410 in combination with the other 4Vallees ski areas) of various levels of difficulty are enough to still even the highest of expectations. The apres-ski scene is also surprisingly lively in Verbier (not La Tzoumaz!) for a Swiss resort. Verbier-La Tzoumaz's high scores in every single one of our test categories make it for us, one of the best ski resorts in all of the Alps.
