Our residence is beautifully situated just below the well-known Kreuzkofel mountain, only a 15 minute walk from La Villa/Stern. Here, away from the hustle and bustle, you will be able to enjoy your holiday in the midst of nature: sun, peace and the breathe-taking panoramic sight of our mountains. You will live in a newly built biological house with its low energy system. It is also called "CLIMAHOUSE". The house itself is surrounded by a sunning terrace. a private lawn for sun-bathing and a children’s playground. Parking spaces are available in our basement, as well as a ski room and a small wellness area, including a bio-sauna and a relaxing area. The apartments 10 flats, spaciously built and well worthy: all furniture is made out of massive pine in its natural colour, the kitchen is fully complete and functional and the bath rooms are modernly comfortable. 10 two-room apartments (2-4 pers.) and 3 one-room apartments (2-3 pers.) – all with a balcony and with cleaning-service. Our apartments are all spaciously built with high quality funishings and fittings: all furniture is made of massive pine, functional and well-equipped kitchens, modern and comfortable bath rooms. All apartments have a balcony facing south with an exceptional view of the Dolomite mountain world. Fantastic for skiers You will live 2 minutes by car from the entrance to the ski carousel (a most well-known ski centre which connects to other centres in nearby valleys). Ski on the "Gran Risa" (World Cup - giant slalom), towards Corvara then around the Sella mountain (Sella Ronda), and on to St. Kassian. Are there any other wishes still to be had? The smaller ski areas Heiligkreuz and Gardenazza are also only a 2 minute car drive away. In the old alpine huts still kept as in way back when, you will find excellent meals and a warm atmosphere. You are always welcome to relax in the evenings in our new and very peaceful sauna area. The Ski-Bus The free hotel ski bus will carry you in comfort to within at least 2 kilometres of the slopes. For lovers of Nordic Skiing, the new centre for cross country at S.Cassiano / Armentarola boasts various well. Summer as in grandfather’s days , “Way back when….” No noise, no stress, healthy environment and room to enjoy. Here, at the the edge of the forests, the hiking paths branch out into all directions. Children can play safely and can adventure and discover so much. Your car can stay in the garage! You can go hiking each day to one of the many alms (alpine huts) open to the public and simultaneously feel the elements of the strength and beauty of our mountains, in healthy, cyrstal-clear air. Some alms are also reachable by chair-lift in the summer. You can comfortably spend your evenings in our relaxing apartments or you can visit one of the many excellent nearby restaurants.
