Ski lodges / Chalets in Austria for 6 to 14 persons

Our ski lodges in Silberleiten are located in a very quiet area at 1700 metres. You can reach the ski lifts by skiing in only about 300 metres and you can finish your ski run right in front of your entry door. A cross-country ski-truck runs right along the Chalets, just like a hiking trail, which is always removed of snow. The arrival and departure proceed always on sundays in the winter. We offer a daily bake roll service. We deliver fresh bakery products to the ski lodges every morning. Some of the brand-new ski lodges include an own sauna, which is integrated in the bathroom. You can enjoy the panorama view right from your ski lodge, relax and pause from the daily routine. Our ski lodges for 12 or 14 persons on two levels are going to be built in summer 2009 in Hochkrimml / Silberleiten. The dining room with its comfy corner seat offers 12 or accordingly 14 persons enough space to enjoy a meal together. The living room can be seperated from the dining room by a sliding door. This way the living room turns into a private bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed (180 x 200 cm). Furthermore there are five more bedrooms. Three of them are arranged with a double bed, one of them with two single beds, and an other one with a double bed and a bunk bed. You have four bathrooms to your disposal, one of the bathrooms includes a huge and modern integrated sauna. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, fridge including a freezer, coffee machine, water boiler and a toaster. The big south-west terrace invites you to relax in a deck-chair. Free internet access in every bedroom and the dining room is standard in our ski lodges. You can enjoy lots of activities in the winter like sledding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and of course skiing and snowboarding on perfectly groomed slopes. In the summer you can enjoy summer sledding, surfing, fishing, climbing, river rafting, mountain biking, nordic walking, playing minigolf, paragliding, horse riding, hiking on the trail, a carriage ride or you can rent a (paddle-)boat. If you like swimming, the “Durchlassbodenstausee” gives you the perfect opportunity to relax and have fun in a bathing lake, which has drinking water quality. After that you can take a sauna in your own vacation apartment and complete your relaxation. Nearby sights are for example the “Krimmler Wasserfälle”, the highest waterfalls of the alps. You can also visit the „Klausenhaus“ in Hollersbach, a farmhouse since 1350 AD. An other sight is the “Pinzgau-Panoramabahn”, one of the most attractive narrow-gauge railroads in Austria. It runs across the gorgeous landscape of the Alps, along the 3000 meter peaks of the national park “Hohe Tauern”. Or you visit the astronomical observatory with a planitarium. Discover the “Planetenlehrweg” in Königsleiten on foot, a circular route on a scale of 1:1 billion, which leads across the high plateau Königsleiten through woods, raised mosses and alpine pastures. Nine inscribed granite monuments mark the planets.
